Digital Learning Developer

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 1000 partner firms and circa 3000 advisors.

Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences and using technology to help people develop? We’re looking for a Digital Learning Developer to support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning across our Financial Services division.

This is a varied role combining digital content creation with responsibility for our Learning Management Systems (LMS), testing programmes and CPD records. You’ll work with colleagues and third parties to deliver effective learning solutions, while providing an excellent service to stakeholders and supporting positive customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and deliver innovative e-learning, digital products and online learning resources.
• Create storyboards for e-learning modules and develop engaging digital assets, including animated videos and interactive content.
• Update and improve existing digital learning content.
• Maintain and audit our Learning Management Systems, ensuring accurate records for new starters, leavers, maternity leave, transfers, CPD and management structures.
• Coordinate the assignment and delivery of initial and annual testing for employees, brokers, administrators, principals and wider group colleagues.
• Support the business in meeting its annual CPD requirements.
• Research emerging learning technologies, LMS developments and advances in e-learning, identifying opportunities to improve our approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues and third parties to share knowledge, ideas and effective methodologies.
• Support the rollout of strategic training plans and help turn wider business trends into improvements in training content and delivery.
• Help develop validation, assessment and sign-off processes that demonstrate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Evaluate feedback and recommend improvements to learning solutions.
• Support the wider Training team, including helping to manage and respond to queries received through the team inbox.

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong digital and computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and specialist training delivery tools.
• The ability to translate training needs into practical, effective learning initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and remain effective under pressure.
• A collaborative approach, combined with the confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.
• A solution-focused mindset and strong sense of personal accountability.
• Experience or knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be an advantage.

Monies to £34,000 DOE

This role is home based, with occasional travel to offices in Solihull, Chippenham and venues around the UK to host training sessions or attend meetings.
